PROJECTS

It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Voula, near the beach and with an unhindered park and sea view.

It consists of:

• four residential floors (one residence per floor)
• swimming pool and Jacuzzi room
• basement with parking places and storage areas to be used by tenants
• garden in surrounding area

For air conditioning and hot water use, there have been installed individual heat pumps for each residence. Heating is provided by an in-house heating system, and the cooling is assured by internal roof units and channel system.
